conditions.

Rental Agreement
Ownership of rental items remains with Chio-Brand Event Limited at all times. The client
assumes full responsibility for the items from the moment of delivery until they are picked up
by our authorized staff.

Payments & Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit (Caution Fee) is required for all high-value equipment
rentals.
Full payment for rentals must be cleared before the event date.
We accept bank transfers and major Nigerian debit cards via our secure checkout.

Limitation of Liability
Chio-Brand Event Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment at your event. While we ensure all items are in peak condition, the client is responsible for safe operation during the ceremony.
