Policy

As an event rental company, our return policy distinguishes between physical retail products
and rental equipment services.
Rental Equipment (Chafing Dishes, Cutlery, etc.)
Inspection upon Delivery: Clients must inspect all rental items (e.g., gold-plated spoons,
dispensers) upon delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately to our delivery
team.
Damage & Loss: If items are returned damaged, broken, or missing, the cost of
replacement will be deducted from the security/caution deposit.
Cancellation: Rental deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the event
date, as the equipment was reserved exclusively for your ceremony.
Retail Purchases

For purchased items, we offer a 7-day return window provided the item is unused, in its
original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
